2009-10 - Recorded his first WHL win on Wednesday November 4th, 2009 in a 3-2 win over the Everett Silver Tips... 2008-09 - Called up twice in the 08-09 campaign, first as an emergency back up during the absence of Juha Metsola who was away at the 2009 World Jrs. and second during the 2009 WHL Playoffs... Played a solid rookie season with Columbia Valley of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League. He posted a 12-18-0-0 record with a 3.80 GAA and a 0.896 save percentage... Made his first ever WHL start in Game 1 of the Hurricanes first round WHL playoff series against the Saskatoon Blades... 2007-08 - Drafted by the Hurricanes in the third round of the 2007 WHL Bantam Draft (50th Overall)... During his Bantam draft year of 06-07, Anderson was instrumental down the playoff stretch as the starting goaltender for the 2007 Western Canadian Bantam Champion Burnaby Winter Club
