GAME DAY: Hurricanes Begin Second Half Against Royals

Lethbridge, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes begin the second half of the regular season tonight at 7:00pm as they welcome the Victoria Royals to the ENMAX Centre.

The Hurricanes (18-9-4-2) sit tied atop the Central Division standings with the Edmonton Oil Kings and Red Deer Rebels with 42 points. The ‘Canes last game was on December 16th when they earned a 6-4 win over the Calgary Hitmen at Scotiabank Saddledome. The Hurricanes enter tonight’s game with a 10-2-2-0 record in their last 14 home games.

The Royals (16-13-1-0) enter tonight’s game sitting third in the BC Division behind the Kelowna Rockets and the Vancouver Giants. Victoria will begin a six-game Central Division road trip tonight as they have been bumped out of the Save-On Foods Memorial Centre for the World Junior Championship.
