GAME DAY: Hurricanes Play Second of Double-Header in PG

Prince George, BC – The Lethbridge Hurricanes look to duplicate Friday’s effort as they face the Prince George Cougars for the second straight night at the CN Centre tonight at 8:00pm Mountain Time.

The Hurricanes (22-19-4-0) earned a 6-2 win on Friday over the Cougars at the CN Centre. Jordy Bellerive scored three times for his first WHL hat-trick in the win while Owen Blocker, Brad Morrison and Jake Elmer added the others. The ‘Canes improved to 5-0-1-0 in their last six games and 9-11-2-0 on the road this season.

The Cougars (17-23-4-3) were handed their third straight loss with the 6-2 setback to the Hurricanes last night. Josh Curtis scored both Cougars goals in the losing cause. Prince George dropped to 9-12-3-1 at home this season and have posted a 3-5-1-1 record in their last ten games.

Tonight will be the final meeting of the year between the Hurricanes and Cougars.
