GAME DAY: Hurricanes Begin May in Medicine Hat

Lethbridge, AB –  The Lethbridge Hurricanes begin the month of May in Medicine Hat against the Tigers tonight at 7:00pm at Co-op Place.

The Hurricanes (8-11-2-0) enter having suffered a 6-2 loss on Thursday at the ENMAX Centre to the Tigers. Jett Jones and Ty Nash scored in the defeat while Carl Tetachuk made 24-saves. The ‘Canes enter play tonight having lost four of their last five games. Lethbridge has posted a 4-4-2-0 on the road this season.

The Tigers (13-6-0-1) ended a three-game losing streak on Thursday with the 6-2 win in Lethbridge. Brett Kemp and Lukas Svejkovsky both scored twice while Nick McCarry and Cole Clayton added the others. Medicine Hat scored two shorthanded goals in the victory. The Tigers are 7-2-0-1 on home-ice this season.
