GAME DAY: Hurricanes Host Hitmen, Again

Lethbridge, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes return to action tonight at 7:00pm when they welcome the Calgary Hitmen to the ENMAX Centre.

The Hurricanes (23-10-1-5) had their three-game winning streak snapped last night with a 5-4 overtime loss to the Seattle Thunderbirds at home. Chase Wheatcroft, Zack Stringer, Justin Hall and Logan Barlage scored in the defeat which ended a four-game home winning streak. The ‘Canes enter tonight with an 11-5-1-4 record at the ENMAX Centre this season.

The Hitmen (

Tonight’s game will be the fourth meeting on the season between the Hurricanes and the Hitmen; it’s also the fourth meeting in the last seven games for the ‘Canes. VS. HITMEN: Tonight will be the fourth of seven meetings on the season between the Hurricanes and the Hitmen. Lethbridge has posted a 2-1-0-0 record in the three-games prior, including a 2-0-0-0 record at the ENMAX Centre as the home team has won all three games in the season series so far. The ‘Canes have posted a 7-2-0-0 record in the last nine head-to-head meetings on the year.
