Season Ticket Refund

To our valued season ticket holders:

First and foremost, we thank you sincerely for your continued support of the Lethbridge Hurricanes, especially during these uncertain times. Recently, the WHL Board of Governors announced the commitment to a 24-game 2020-2021 season.

The start date for the season will be determined once final approval has been received from Health Authorities in each provincial and state jurisdiction and it is anticipated the approvals will be received soon.

In the meantime, the Lethbridge Hurricanes Hockey Club has been working with the Ticket Centre and our ticket provider to begin the process of issuing full refunds to everyone who purchased 2020-2021 season tickets.

All refunds should be received in the next 7-14 business days.

Again, we sincerely thank you for your support of your hometown team, we can’t wait for hockey to return and hope to see you at the ENMAX Centre this year!

2020-2021 Season Ticket Refund FAQ’s

Instead of a refund, can it be kept as a credit on the account/can it just roll over to next season’s tickets?

No. All season ticket holders who purchased tickets for the 2020-2021 season are being issued an automatic full refund.

Will I lose my seat(s) with this refund?

No. If you purchased tickets for the 2020-2021 season, your seats will be held on your account to renew for the 2021-2022 season.

Do I still get loyalty pricing when I renew for next season?

Yes. If you purchased tickets for the 2020-2021 season and are receiving a refund now you will still be eligible for loyalty pricing when it is time to renew for the 2021-2022 season. You will still have to follow the deadline dates when they are posted.

I got a new credit card since I purchased my season tickets.

If your new credit card is with the same company (ie: you had a Visa but got a new Visa card or you had a Mastercard and got a new Mastercard), your card numbers are linked to your account so you will still receive the refund. If you have a new card with a different credit card provider (ie: you had a Visa but now have a Mastercard or you had a Mastercard and now have a Visa) please contact Tamara at

Will fans be able to watch games this season?

At this time, we cannot confirm we will be allowed to have fans in the ENMAX Centre for this season. COVID-19 is a fluid situation and restrictions continue to change; however, the WHL is working with health authorities to bring major junior hockey back in the safest way possible. Should this policy change, it will be addressed at that time. Games will be streamed online and available for purchase to watch from the comfort of your home, more details to be announced at a later date.
